Established in 1967, Morrisby has been offering unparalleled careers education, information, advice and guidance for over 50 years. Best known for Morrisby Online, Morrisby Profile and Fast Tomato, Morrisby helps schools, careers institutions and individuals of all ages to identify the right career path for them.

Their pioneering psychometric assessments, measure aptitudes, personality and personal working preferences, in order to help people understand themselves better so they can make more informed decisions about their future.

In the last 20 years, Morrisby has become the most widely used assessment system in careers guidance, with schools and colleges across the globe using Morrisby as a key part of their careers guidance programme.

The Challenge

Morrisby has a strong user base, working with over 1,500 schools and educational institutions to support tens of thousands of individuals. However, the rapidly changing digital world meant that Morrisby's original 'pen and paper' tests had evolved, over a number of years, into an interactive online platform, with multiple aspects for different audiences; they no longer only support students and individuals, they also have tools for teaching staff and careers leaders.

On top of this, the organisation also partners with educational institutions and third-party agents, which meant their previous website was out-dated and didn't showcase the fantastic solutions that Morrisby has to offer.

The Solution

Firstly, Morrisby underwent an incredible brand transformation by Threerooms which encapsulated their vision and mission perfectly.

Next, they needed a web partner who would not only harness this fantastic branding to re-design their website, but who would also look at the website from a strategic approach to ensure that their various target audiences could all access concise, relevant information in the right place at the right time.

We held a series of strategy sessions, carrying out customer journey mapping to ensure that every segment of Morrisby's target audience was catered for in a clear and simple manner. We also gained access to the platform so that we could explore the dashboard and accurately portray its benefits.
